Kathy

Dental Hygienist

Highly Skilled and Gentle

Kathy is a graduate of Allegany College of Maryland and graduated from the School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Maryland. Kathy has worked in the dental field in one capacity or another for more than 20 years. Before that she was a CPA!! She is a woman of many, many talents. We looked long and hard to find a hygienist with as much skill, gentle technique and genuine rapport with our patients as Kathy has. She's been part of our team since 2004.

Kelly

Exceptional Care

Kelly has lived in Las Vegas since 2002 and she has been a vital part of our dental team for nearly 2 years. You can count on leaving a hygiene appointment with Kelly with sparkling teeth and a smile on your face. Kelly received her dental hygiene training at Sheridan College and has been practicing for 20 years. She has a teenage daughter and they enjoy playing games and spending time with friends and their 2 crazy cats. Kelly cares about you! She'll be your good friend by the time you leave her chair.

Kim

Front Desk

The Queen of Multi-Tasking

Originally from Arizona, Kim made Las Vegas her permanent home in 1995. She has had 30 years of experience in the dental field — there probably isn't a dental question you could ask that she won't know the answer to. She is a nationally recognized expert on Care Credit and Invisalign and has personally trained dozens of offices. Kim joined Dr. Gates' staff 15 years ago and will most likely be the friendly voice you hear when you call because she is the mastermind of our front desk. She and her husband enjoy golf, exercising and spending time with their two beautiful daughters.

Michele

Elite Personal Service

Michele grew up in Vermont and Ohio and later lived in Hawaii, but joined Dr. Gates' dental team 11 years ago when she moved to Las Vegas. After 15 years as a chair-side assistant, she has recently taken over the front desk portion of the dental hygiene program in our office. Michele's in-depth knowledge of dentistry makes it possible for her to answer nearly all dentistry-related questions when you call in. She's seen it all! Michele and her husband enjoy camping, traveling, hiking and cooking. All of the above are even more fun when they involve their two Labrador Retrievers, Tucker and Koge.

Monica

Astonishing Wealth of Experience

Monica is a native of Las Vegas — and proud of it! She loves the desert and life in our beautiful southwestern city. Monica has been with our office as Treatment Coordinator since 1984 — she celebrated her 25th anniversary with our office in 2009!! Her level of skill and knowledge is hard to come by in the world of dentistry today. We are so fortunate to have her in our office. Monica loves animals and enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Tina

Our Southern Belle

Tina has served in the dental field since 1998. She joined Dr. Gates' team as a Treatment Coordinator in May of 2007. Tina is a gifted treatment coordinator with lots of personality, and will make you feel extremely comfortable. Tina moved to the Las Vegas area in 2003. She and her husband have one child. They enjoying spending lots of family time together. They also enjoy traveling back to Alabama to spend time with her family.

Lorena

Gentle Kindness, and Skill

Lorena is the newest member of the team, and comes with 22 years of experience. She works hard to deliver the hightest level of chairside skill and customer kindness, making temporary crowns with finess and expertise, and working as a smooth machine with Dr. Gates. She's had experience with all branches of dentistry for many years.
